Refund policy

At Cedray, we want you to love your eyewear.

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and box, must be returned.
• Proof of purchase is required.

At this time, we offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds.

Exchange Shipping

If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of preference (such as style or color), the customer is responsible for the exchange shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Cedray will gladly replace it and cover the shipping costs.
